DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By proceeding with your order, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Kado Flowers:

1. Floral Product

1-1 Floral Product availability/seasonality: All our flowers are procured fresh from market and are seasonal in nature. Substitutions may be made from time to time where required and without prior notice.

1-2 Our products are made by hand and organic in nature. There may be small variations (such as blooms, colours & size) between the image presented on the website and the product received.

2. Currency & Payment Methods

2-1 All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

2-2 All prices are shown, excluding sale tax in BC and delivery cost.
2-3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2-4 We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Interac.

2-5 The website host provides us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through the website host data storage, databases and the general website application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3-1 If a cancellation is necessary, you must cancel your floral order 24 hours before it is set to go out for delivery. Please email us to cancel your order. We do not accept DMs or any messaging app cancellations.

3-2 No refunds are offered on orders that are preceded and made.

3-3 If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you on a fair resolution.

4-4 If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately and, where possible, provide photos. We will work with you on a fair resolution at our discretion.

4. Privacy Policy
We respect and protect the privacy of our users. This privacy policy tells you how we collect and use information.

4-1 Personal Information
If you contact us or place an order, we will collect the email address you nominate and any other identifying information you provide, such as a name or phone number. Please do not give us other personal or sensitive information. You may opt-out of further contact with us at any time. We may send you marketing emails about our store, new products, and other updates with your permission.

4-2 Website Analytics
To improve your experience on our site, we may use 'cookies'. Cookies are an industry standard and most major websites use them. 5. Delivery Conditions

5.1 Please ensure that you select the correct delivery fee. When the delivery fee is incorrect, we will ask for an additional payment if necessary. Your delivery order will be proceeded after the appropriate adjustments are made.
5.2 Please ensure that your recipient is available to receive your floral product order at the delivery location during the delivery time slot. 
5.3 If at the time of delivery, your recipient is unable to receive your floral product order, the courier will call the recipient to seek further instructions. If the recipient cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the flowers will be re-delivered back to our shop and a re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender.
5.4 When we are instructed to leave your floral order outside of a recipient’s home or place of business, we take no responsibility for any losses and damages. 
5.5 We will only dispatch deliveries after payment is cleared.
5.6 We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.


6. Force Majeure

6.1 Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform or delay to perform, if that failure or delay is due to circumstances that is unforeseeable and beyond our reasonable control; these circumstances to include but not be limited to accidents, extreme weather, flood, fire, traffic congestion, riot, terrorism, strikes - including acts of God, natural disasters or any change in laws or regulations (“Force Majeure Event”).

We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of which you are permitted access to on this site and/or our services when and where we see fit. The Terms and Conditions in force will be those as displayed on this site at the date and time your order is placed. We ask that you always read these terms and conditions before placing your order and we provide a link on the page of the product you have chosen to these Terms and Conditions.
