WHAT IS THE RESERVATION PROCESS?
IN ORDER TO RESERVE OUR SERVICES FOR WEDDINGS AND OTHER EVENTS, IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT YOU READ, AGREE AND SIGN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, STIPULATED IN OUR CONTRACT. THIS WILL SECURE YOUR BOOKING. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY REQUESTS WITHOUT THE SIGNED AGREEMENT.

 


CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
WHAT ABOUT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS?
WE UNDERSTAND THAT THE UNEXPECTED HAPPENS. IN ORDER FOR US TO SERVE YOU AND OUR SUPPLIERS BETTER, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU NOTIFY US, IN WRITING, OF ANY CHANGES. PLEASE PROVIDE SUFFICIENT TIME SO THAT WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST.
IF YOU NEED A CHANGE OF DATE, IT WILL DEPEND ON AVAILABILITY.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY.

ALL OF OUR FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY & PICK-UP. WE START SOURCING THE FLOWERS ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE STRIVE TO BE SUSTAINABLE AND TO MINIMIZE WASTE, SO OUR CREATIVE PROCESS IS NOT BASED ON THE FAST-PACED CONSUMER CULTURE THAT PLAGUES THE MODERN FLORAL INDUSTRY.
AT KADO FLOWERS, WE MAKE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OUR UTMOST PRIORITY IN ORDER TO MEET ALL OF YOUR FLORAL DESIRES. HOWEVER, WITHOUT PROVIDING SUFFICIENT NOTICE ON SPECIFIC BLOOM REQUESTS, WE WILL DECIDE ON THE SELECTION OF THE FLOWERS BASED ON MARKET AVAILABILITY.
